You’ll be more than "just a Graphics Designer"—you’ll be a key player in a movement that challenges the status quo of medicine.
Your creativity will shape how we visually present our groundbreaking products & programs and the health solutions of our clients to the world. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and create visuals that move people, both emotionally and physically.
We’re looking for a designer who thrives on purpose and loves working with healthcare practitioners.
Create and design digital assets including social media graphics, ads, website visuals, and email templates.
Design logos, banners, presentations, and marketing materials for various platforms (web, print, social).
Develop and refine brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry.
Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients.
Create advertising creatives and marketing assets using our internal frameworks and AI.
Deliver visually cohesive and innovative designs that align with the both internal & client brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Contribute to higher conversion rates by improving the aesthetic appeal of marketing, web and physical assets.
Enhance the overall user experience with clear, attractive, and effective visual communication.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
Ability to intelligently connect and relate to high network individuals as well as businesses doing as much as 10 million dollars per year or more.
You’re not just a designer you think about a brand holistically, how the brand is presented visually from start to finish.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g.: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), with a killer portfolio to back it up.
You get branding, and you understand how visuals shape how people feel, act, and think.
Create dynamic graphics for social media and marketing.
Use AI to create efficiency and streamline the design processes.
Collaborate with partners to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their goals/vision.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability.
Work alongside senior designer to brainstorm and execute
creative strategies.
Work-from-home position. No travel is currently required, although that may change as we hold live events. Occasional weekend hours are required during launch periods.

This is a 1099 role with the opportunity to convert to a Full-Time W2 later in 2025
