MARKETING MANAGER

ROLE:

As the Marketing Manager for Etho, you are the key stakeholder responsible for driving our brand marketing vision and client/customer acquisition.

This isn't just about leading marketing campaigns; it's about aiding us to achieve our vision to eradicate disease for human civilization. We will do this by giving our clients a voice in the marketplace.

You'll spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee all activities that support that, while reporting to the CEO.

Your responsibilities include building out a Marketing Team of highly capable individuals, managing paid media across all social platforms, creating and overseeing email campaigns, optimizing our digital presence on our website and funnels, and helping us grow to a multi-8 figure company.

With this position you'll be given autonomy and opportunity to build from the ground up.

Ultimately, you're shaping our company and brand's future, driving client & customer acquisition, and inspiring both our team and customers alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns with a focus on digital and traditional methodologies.

  • Directly manage all aspects of our marketing funnels, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and KPIs, including CPL, CPBC, and CaC.

  • Spearhead text/SMS campaigns, email marketing initiatives aiming for high engagement rates, and digital media buying.

  • Have a consistent feedback loop with Sales leadership to refine strategies and goals.

  • Productize intellectual property, transforming existing training into marketable products.

  • Driving new MQLs, SQLs and PQLs.

  • Maintain a pulse on all market trends and lead team in deploying strategies that are in alignment with the brand while staying cutting edge.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Media to ensure a robust plan to measure the performance (in real/near-real time), increasing the probability of success through on-going optimization.

  • Gives clear direction to creative team and ensures clean and effective implementation of marketing vision on all campaigns

  • Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow that will help form a compelling story

  • Works cross company to ensure all internal and external communication is in alignment and succinct.

  • Ability to manage your workload, understanding how to prioritize and communicate when support is needed.

  • Manages company martech and works with outside contractors as needed.

  • Able to coach clients within our paid programs on marketing strategy, branding, paid media and overall growth.

  • Hitting monthly targets leading to achieving EOY goals.

  • Driving lead quality across all offers throughout the offer lifecycle with all paid media challenges

  • Maximizing profitability without sacrificing brand or compliance.

  • Driving front end product sales.

  • Duties:

    • Daily:

      • Manage and drive marketing internal initiatives

      • Leverage AI to write copy internally and for clients

    • Weekly:

      • Oversee & QA ad copy

      • Oversee ad campaigns

      • Internal & client review of paid media

      • Provide updates & coaching to clients of paid media performance

    • Monthly:

      • Organize & update marketing calendar

      • Review paid media

    • Quarterly:

      • Track KPIs

      • Track OKRs

      • Participate in Quarterly Planning

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideal Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing

    • $500+/day spend experience on Meta

    • $500+/day spend experience on YouTube

    • $500+/day spend experience on Google Search

    • Proficient with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

    • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager

    • Deep knowledge of marketing fundamentals

    • Strong writer & communicator

    • Strong understanding of CRO + Funnel Optimization

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

  • AI Focused: Constantly finding new AI technologies to integrate with our current tech stack to speed up fulfillment, throughput and results.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and SEO platforms.

  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Creative Mindset: Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing avenues.

  • Growth Oriented: We are constantly learning, growing and improving. This position will not be a good fit if you aren't growth minded.

BENEFITS:

  • Work-from-home position. No travel is currently required, although that may change as we hold live events. Occasional weekend hours are required during launch periods.

COMPENSATION:

  • OTE (On Track Earnings): $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience; bonus potential after 90 day trial.

  • This is a 1099 role with the opportunity to convert to a W2 later in 2025

LOCATION:

  • Remote (Must fly to events when needed)
