The Nexus plays a critical role in your success with our programs for several reasons, these being the top four:
Sprint Setting and Tracking: The Nexus facilitates the process of setting clear, achievable steps and enables you to track your progress towards these objectives over time, ensuring completion and enabling course corrections as needed.

As well as provide us with any necessary assets or data needed. The program curriculum can be found inside of your Nexus labeled Curriculum under the Execution section in your nexus.
It will be sectioned off into categories so you easily pick and choose which video you need to digest.
As you know, there are some docs to be filled out including the Onboarding Brief found in the Business Info section of your nexus. This has to be completed before we can jump on our onboarding call, we cannot stress this enough.
On our call we'll be covering the following:
1) Short term targets
2) Long term targets
3) Communication style
4) Non-monetary expectations, and
5) Game plan
If we need to work on your offer, messaging, branding or other -- we'll most likely set up another call specifically for those things if we need too! However the curriculum should suffice and get you through any current challenges or bottlenecks.
Our goal is to have you up and running in 30 days. We will be going fast and taking massive action however if you feel that is too fast paced, we can slow it down and aim for 60 days until we're live.
How "fast" we move is entirely up to you and how comfortable you feel taking all the steps to create all the assets.
We understand you want to get up and running as soon as possible but these things needs to be completed with surgical precision.
